ONEN Fest

Held in the fall, this is a block party open to all ONEN residents. It’s a great time for meeting up with neighbors you haven’t seen in a while, sharing a potluck dish, participating in the chili cookoff, playing yard games and enjoying some good music.  It’s fun for the whole family!

ONEN Cookie Exchange

The Cookies and Cocktails gathering takes place in December at a location and date to be announced in the fall.  Guests bring a half dozen cookies to share and three dozen to exchange.  Or just come and enjoy time with neighbors!
