If your home is located in The Old North End National Register Historic District or the North Weber-Wahsatch National Register Historic District and you are planning a restoration or rehabilitation project, the State Office of Archaeology and Historic Preservation (OAHP) administers and provides guidance on available tax credits. Several resources are available under the Preservation Tax Credits section at that site including the following two key documents:

Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation A one page document describing the required standards for rehabilitation.
